1. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, DICE Software (“we”, “us”) grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use DICE AI for personal, non‑commercial use during the term of a valid license key linked to your account.
2. Accounts & keys
- A valid account‑creation key is required to open an account. Each key is single‑use.
- Your license is linked to your DICE account for entitlement checks.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
3. Permitted use
- Install and run DICE AI on devices you own or control.
- Receive updates and security fixes we make available to licensed users.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass any loader, protection, or license checks.
- Reselling, renting, sublicensing, transferring, or distributing the software, loaders, or updates.
- Sharing keys, accounts, or allowing others to access your license.
- Interfering with our services, authentication, or update systems.
5. Data & privacy
We collect only what is necessary to operate accounts and licenses (for example, your account username and associated license keys). We do not collect or store IP addresses or hardware identifiers (HWIDs). Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Updates; modifications; availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time, including disabling access to unauthorized or non‑compliant versions.
7. Enforcement; suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or revoke access for suspected fraud, sharing, security risks, chargebacks, or violations of this Agreement. License revocation may occur without refund.
8. Refunds
All sales are final and non‑refundable.
9. Disclaimers; limitation of liability
DICE AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Term; termination
This Agreement is effective upon license activation and continues until terminated. Your rights automatically terminate if you breach the terms.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this Agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
