- Ban — Permanently blocks account + product access. Can be reversed by owner.
- Suspend — Temporarily disables access; you can set an until‑date.
- Unsuspend — Restores normal access immediately.
- Reset HWIDs — Clears device bindings so the user can activate on a new device.
- Add product — Grants product entitlements (e.g., DICE AI). Free products remain downloadable without entitlements.
